Terms of Service

These terms cover Appic Social (dash.expertguy.dev), which is run by Appic Marketing LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 27569, Austin, TX 78731, USA ("we", "us"). By using Appic Social, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Appic Social lets invited users write, approve and schedule posts, then publishes them to social accounts and pages that the account owner has connected. It is a private, free tool. Access is by invitation only, and we can remove access at any time.

2. Platform terms

When you connect an account, you also agree to that platform's terms. By using the YouTube features of Appic Social, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The same applies to the terms of X, LinkedIn and Meta for those accounts. If a platform changes or limits its API, parts of Appic Social may stop working.

3. Your accounts and content

• Your rights to what you connect and post: you may only connect accounts and pages you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for what you approve and publish, and you need the rights to all text and media you upload.
• What you may not post: you may not use Appic Social for spam, mass or automated posting that breaks a platform's rules, or anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.
• Who owns the content: you keep ownership of your content. You give us only the permission needed to store it and publish it where and when you choose.

4. Approval

Nothing is published until the account owner approves it. Once a post is published, you edit or delete it on the platform itself.

5. Availability

We provide Appic Social "as is" and "as available". Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail, for example during platform outages or rate limits. When that happens, we show the error and retry where we can. We don't promise any particular uptime.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for actions taken by the platforms. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited to USD 100.

7. Ending use

• To stop: disconnect your accounts and ask us to delete your data, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
• Suspension: we may suspend access if these terms are broken.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the tool after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
